Gopher Getter Wood Box Trap Gopher Trap Model DK-2 This easy to set trap is a wooden pocket trap. Eliminates gopher problems. To place the trap find a fresh mound and dig to open tunnel. Place the trap flush to tunnel opening. Pack loose dirt around the base of the trap. Be sure to leave the light hole open – so the light and air will bring the gopher back. Set the latch bar to the end of the trigger wire. This will give you an easy spring. All burrs and sharp edges should be removed from the end of the latch bar and trigger wire for a hair line set. BE SURE AND KEEP FINGERS OUT OF SPRING BAR AREA WHILE SETTING.
