The Instagel Clear Piping Gel is a staple product that every baker and decorator needs in their stash. Piping Gel can be used for many things such as gluing sprinkles or fondant onto cookies, sticking edible images to cakes and cupcakes, adhering fondant to cake dummies and it can also be added to buttercream to soften, smooth and enhance the colour. Non-standard varieties available on request. HOW TO USE This is an handy, ready-to-use product. The neutral version can be coloured by adding food colouring, making it very versatile. (1) Stir it lightly, then place in a piping bag for direct application. STORAGE: Store in the fridge once opened. Keep in a cold and dry place (<20ºC).
