Description Lexan plastic material. Outside diameter of Top Cap is 1 1/2″. Inside diameter of Retainer Ring is 1 3/4″. The Top Cap has a 1/2″ threaded opening on top to receive a ball topper or eagle ornament. If you purchased your Titan Telescoping Flagpole prior to 2010, you will also need to replace the Top (small) Swivel Ring in addition to the Top Cap Set.
